Carol studied Fine Art Printmaking at the Limerick School of Art & Design, graduating with a First Class Honours Degree. She currently works from her studio in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

Carol is a multi-disciplinary artist using printmaking, photography and film. Her work is inspired by experienced ephemeral moments which she intuitively captures. She also uses feelings associated with such moments as a departure point for her work in an endeavour to make these fleeting moments more tangible.

She has been awarded The Tyrone Guthrie Artist Residency Bursary by Tipperary County Council as well as Professional Development Grants. Carol is a board member of Damer House Gallery, Roscrea and event coordinator of Switch Contemporary Video Art. Her work has been curated and exhibited extensively most recently in 2017 a joint show ‘Tide Lines, constant, changing’ with Verona Stellet at The Water Garden, Camphill, Thomastown,Co.Kilkenny, ‘Impressions’ Galway International Arts Festival, ‘20:20 Print Exchange’ Hot Bed Press touring UK Exhibition, ‘Uisce’ Garter Lane Arts Centre, Waterford, ‘Visibility’ Dunamaise Arts Centre, Portlaoise, Laois and features in public Collections such as Tipperary County Council and OPW.
